I believe in the power of tasty, great food to achieve great health. Great health includes losing weight & keeping the weight off. I believe in food first, supplements second. Limit the meat, wheat and dairy. Expand the veggies, fruits and whole grains. My differentiator as a nutrition coach is that I focus on helping my clients to find new foods and great recipes and solutions that fit into their life so that they can achieve and sustain their goals. I work one on one with my clients to help them achieve their health and weight goals through food and supplementation.
Fees: $75 per hour.
