I work with my clients in the convenient privacy of my home studio. I have been helping people achieve their health and fitness goals since 1997. I believe in working smarter not harder and making sure that you are achieving your goals, having fun and staying safe. I enjoy working with all ages and fitness levels. No matter where you are or where you want to go on your fitness journey, I will pull from my knowledge and experience (personal trainer 17 years, triathlon coach 5 years, nutrtition coach 12 years, Pilates teacher since 2015) to create individualized sessions so you can achieve your goals. I’d love to be your Pilates Teacher!
Sessions last 50-55 minutes. Fees as follows effective February 2017.
I highly recommend that you start with three sessions per week for at least the first 90 days.
I encourage my clients to think in terms of sessions per week. For consistent progress to occur, twice per week is recommended. For “magical” progress to occur, 3 times per week is the number!
*Each client is required to start with a Movement Improvement Test. This analysis provides insights that will allow me to customize your Pilates sessions to your needs and goals and serves as a way to measure your progress. It is strongly advised to do a Movement Improvement Test every 6 months. Fee is $150.
** Sessions expire from date of purchase. There is a 24 hour cancellation policy.
